2. What we process

Data you send us by e-mail or phone: name, company, contact details, project information and any files you attach. The form on this site does not send data to our server — it only prepares an e-mail in your own mail app.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your request and preparing a proposal — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Delivering and servicing a contracted project — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

If no engagement follows, request data is kept for up to 12 months. For contracted projects, for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory periods (e.g. 6 years for accounting records, 4 years for tax purposes).

5. Recipients

We do not share your data except where required by law. Our e-mail and this website run on servers rented from Contabo GmbH (Alemania) within the European Union, acting as processor. No international transfers take place.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability — write to hello@sentidoliving.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
